LEARNING GOALS
A doctorate leads to a multitude of careers, but many doctoral students don’t know where to go for information. They feel isolated and lack the time to prepare their future. However, there is a growing number of initiatives to help doctoral students pursue their careers.
The PhDOOC association is offering doctoral students and PhDs a MOOC, a free online course designed to raise awareness of existing and accessible tools and resources. This collaborative training program enables them to progress at their own pace, in line with their time constraints and availability, and with the support of a community.
The aim is to create a space for information, exchange and mutual support on the subject of career development for doctors.
