Launched in 2015, the CCR Cat Nat Prize rewards a doctoral thesis devoted to knowledge of natural disasters and its application to the insurance and risk prevention professions.
To apply, a thesis must have been defended between July 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024.
The prize will be awarded at the 16th CCR CAT Day, in June 2025. The French market event is recognized by insurers and the scientific community as a forum for rich exchanges on the understanding of catastrophic risks and their consequences.
On this occasion, the winner will present his or her work and receive an endowment of 5,000 euros. The thesis report will then be available for consultation on the CCR corporate website.
Applications are open from February 4, 2025 to March 18, 2025.
