The Individual Monitoring Committee (CSI) campaign has been open for a while now, and it is essential that all CSIs be completed by early September at the latest.
If you haven’t yet scheduled or finalized yours, please make sure to do so as soon as possible to ensure everything is in order on time.
Do not wait anymore !!!!
If you have not submitted your committee information, you can do so via this Google Form :

Once your committee is validated by the directors of your department (you will receive an email stating that this is the case), you will be able to organize your interview.
In addition (and this is not linked to the validation of your committee!!), you must have received an email with a custom link to fill your annual report. Please, check in your spam folders.
If you did not received this email, this may indicate that we do not have a correct email address for you. In such case, you must immediately contact simon.bernard@u-paris.fr and provide him with a valid email address.
- PhD students in their 3rd or 4th year : If your PhD defense is scheduled for this year and you do not plan to organize a CSI, please send me an email to notify me : simon.bernard@u-paris.fr
